Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was quite convenient and pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was super friendly and efficient. The location was excellent for exploring Monterey, with easy access to key attractions. However, the dining options were a bit lacking in quality, and the breakfast could be improved.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. A big bonus was the automatic night light in the bathroom that came on when you entered the room, making it easy to move around at night. The location was excellent for exploring Monterey and downtown. The service was top-notch with attentive staff who made me feel like part of the family. However, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. The dining experience was a bit disappointing with limited options, but the overall value for money was decent.
The hotel is ideally located within a few minutes' walk to the main street filled with bars and restaurants. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, creating a pleasant stay. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome. However, the dining options could use some improvement, and the property's closure for the season was a drawback.
The hotel offered comfortable and clean rooms, but the strong bleach smell was overwhelming at times. The service was exceptional, with efficient and friendly staff. The location was convenient, being within walking distance to various restaurants and close to sightseeing spots. The dining experience was average, with limited breakfast options. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel's rooms were very clean but a little inconvenient during our 5-night stay. They were extremely tiny, noisy with traffic, and had rude staff. Additionally, the room smelled, the coffee machine leaked, the shower was gross and had no hot water in the morning, and the unplugged fridge spoiled our food.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is superb, within walking distance to the downtown area and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The dining experience was good, with a nice selection for breakfast. However, I did notice that the doors in the rooms were not very soundproof, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
